New one is Nico. A pup that got picked up off a homeless guy downtown. She’s a sweetheart. German Shepherd, lab, mut mix of some sort…. she’s 10 weeks ish

I do want to build a little mini dirt bike track on the 2.5 acres though… I’ve got a bobcat And a chainsaw here. I got a Honda 100 running. Need to build a bit of a mini bike track now…

This poor bus has been neglected! I got side tracked on other stuff. Beetle, work. Never again! I’ve been trying to make it up to her this week by getting some of the stuff done that I’ve been putting off!!! Haha hopefully I can make it up to her so she will get me to Shasta!;) haha

 

I’ve got a long list of stuff I want to do before Shasta… but the things I NEED to do to be able to go are:

rear brakes, check over motor/tune, oil change, probably new wiper motor.

I got my motor running again yesterday. Timed it and adjusted valves. I got this new wideband doohickey thingy that Wayner talked me into. I’ll get my carbs all adjusted soon too. New horn! Finally got a license plate light too! One less thing for cops to harass me about.

other things high on the want list are front door windows rebuild. Mine rattle and leak so bad. Fix some of my broken camper windows that rattle bad. Rebuild my fresh air vent so not so much air comes in. Check my heat system. Mine doesn’t blow as nice as the other 1915 buses that we have around… so I need to check for a clog or something.

 

love this bus! I’m super excited to get back driving it.

What do you have connecting your heater boxes?

If you put new aftermarket tubes, did you put screen in to open them for better flow?

We will build it if it comes.

Just did that Pat. 😎 After you showed me on the 65. Hopefully that’ll help. Blew a bunch of air through the heater tube too and got a little dirt out. But seems to be flowing well otherwise.

Do you have a velocity ring on the fan shroud? I think they make a difference.
