Started cutting the junk out on Monday around front and rear center sections.
Finished dissecting those areas yesterday morning and started putting things back together.
Pass side rear inner and outer frame repairs.
Driver side rear inner and outer frame repairs.
Rear center section done.
We had a small section of Gerson frame with the bends in it to take care of a portion of the inner passenger front frame repair, along with a section of plate we had to finish it up.
Knocked out one of the front driver side inner frame repairs at the end of the day. One more repair to go, then the new front center section can go in.
We will build it if it comes.PeteParticipantDecember 11, 2019 at 6:53 amPost count: 1103

We’ve hit a stopping point on this one for the time being.
One more frame repair needs to be done around the pass side inner/outer frame rail at the torsion housing.
Front center section and outer passenger front frame repair done.
We will build it if it comes.X2bjParticipantDecember 12, 2019 at 5:25 amPost count: 64

Pat gave it some love for a few days… The new owners name is Cory Yeo.. I think he is going to leave it here for a bit and get more metal welded in…

Props to Corey for stepping up and saving this one! Just keep sending your paychecks to KCW and you’ll have a cool single cab someday! Everybody is dissing on the rust but ya’all forget its a 57 single cab! a 57!!
With the availability of new bodies now you won’t see them this cheap again.X2bjParticipantDecember 20, 2019 at 8:23 pmPost count: 64
( please read in a Kentucky voice) this makes brady and I so happy! He asked if we are going to fly out and have pat take us for a ride in the truck. I told him I know the place and time. We just need it to be done by memorial day weekend!! Family reunion I believe is that weekend. Miss y’all.John JonesModeratorDecember 21, 2019 at 11:12 amPost count: 10455
