John Jones it’s so weird it’s at your shop. That’s 2250 miles away from my house in Kentucky. we missed you on our last trip to Colorado but we still have a great time.
Rustabus the pictures are at the family farm and my driveway. I bought 2 single cabs and a double cab for $100 each getting titles cost big $$$$. I really wish I could have bought the rust free original paint 21 window SLIDER.. for $1000…
John before it leaves can you please get a picture of the kcw gang and the single cab please.
Kentucky to Cali!!!! The stories this Bus could tell!! 🙂
Just rolled this one in and put it in the air.
We’ve been asked to make repairs to the frame rails and install new center sections.
Here we go.
We will build it if it comes.

Can O Worms!!! Bet that whoever owns this now is gonna want more rust repair!!!!
Started cutting the junk out on Monday around front and rear center sections.
Finished dissecting those areas yesterday morning and started putting things back together.
Pass side rear inner and outer frame repairs.
Driver side rear inner and outer frame repairs.
Rear center section done.
We had a small section of Gerson frame with the bends in it to take care of a portion of the inner passenger front frame repair, along with a section of plate we had to finish it up.
Knocked out one of the front driver side inner frame repairs at the end of the day. One more repair to go, then the new front center section can go in.
We will build it if it comes.
Crusty! Nice work Pat. I bet you have to sweep the “crumbs” from under this bus often….
Pretty awesome that the metal that bus needs is all just laying around on that shelf!
Punk kid

We’ve hit a stopping point on this one for the time being.
One more frame repair needs to be done around the pass side inner/outer frame rail at the torsion housing.
Front center section and outer passenger front frame repair done.
We will build it if it comes.
