Said brand new rebuild 1600cc, ceramic heater box baja header from Empi.

Pat bought a $500 unknown origin”rebuilt” engine from a guy who walked through the front door.
He decided it would be best to take it apart for cleaning/reassembly/new seals. It looked like it maybe ran once for about a minute…all the parts where new, and had nice machine work.
…But, whoever assembled the case forgot to install a couple main bearing to case dowel pins 😯 Probably would have blown-up pretty quickly. Good call on disassembly peet!
Assembly happening today. Good old fashion empi parts because we have an account and can have parts in 3 days. Don’t let people convince you that everything empi is junk.
Peet got some 4″ and 6″ empi wheels. Rear tires are 30″ x 10.5″ efx motohammer for UTV….but they only measure 28″ Maybe they balloon out to make the difference once mounted and aired? Right now they look too wide and short.
Mickey Thompson 7 x 30 baja pro tires look sweet. Pat has decided to scrap this tire combo and go with BFG mud terrains in 30 x 9 and 215/75
