With tripple RGB’s and some trick front end work..

Would the triples level out an early bus with a bay ball joint front end installed?  or would you still need to install adjusters to get the nose up a few?

Trying to come up with ideas for my Senior Design project next semester and I would be interested in incorporating this into our project. I’ll have free reign of the CNC machines at my university so I could fab one and help you guys develop it.

Talked with our friend Matt Faulkner last week….He made the 3d scan and printed plastic model.

He has more time this year with a change in job, and said he would like to tackle making the prototypes.

For side by sides. Think it would be strong enough?

Matt delivered the lazer scanned and re-engineered 3d printed proof of concept this weekend. The gear mesh is dialed. I think it’ll work. Its a 2 1/4″ lift using an idler gear the same diameter as the axle drive gear. This also makes the input and output rotate in the same direction which should eliminate the poor power/handling characteristics of stock two reduction gear boxes.( the axle spins opposite of the input causing the suspension to lift under acceleration) I think we add coil-over fox shocks, and 4 link instead of spring plates to make a trophy-truck like suspension for a split window bus. DSC00987Hey Matt, do you have a link to that old video you made?

Those costing nearly $5K for a pair, is only going to help fuel this idea… 😎  😎  Come on Nate!!!!!!!!!!  😎  😎

About $50k… hopefully next week it’s running. I can get these done, but if Nate dog is working on em. I’m sure they will be beyond badass.
