Mud and miles on that thing! Love that bus! I can tell KB misses having that one at the shop haha

look at that front trans mount… I recall that thing still bucking a bit even with the stiffer mounts. Maybe time to put the solid mount back on?🤔 up to you guys

Sorry Cole…..Trans is in along with new mounts. If it’s still bucking when we test drive it tomorrow we’ll go from there. 5113A774-DE1A-442E-AF76-A001909B96FDC5041D83-EAD2-49FC-939A-78DAD3195E8F

All right….Thursday turned into a swift kick to the grapes.

Input shaft seal on the trans was leaking big time.  Pulled motor, seal had worked itself out somehow, replaced seal and stabbed the motor back in Friday morning.

All seamed good to go. Then the driver side axle boot flange started leaking…..F#%K ME!!!

I kept a blind eye to it all weekend. Got back at this morning.  Just finished resealing drivers side of trans.

Starting on the sway bar install. 58488141-A3D5-48EF-AA2A-909FA9EDB132

Speedo cable was broke, ordered a new one. Replaced the broken headlight lens. C4E53EBF-E524-48D6-92CD-101EE5BB4C6E

Torqued heads and adjusted valves as well yesterday. Filled the trans up this morning.

Just remember to never follow Jj too close! The pamper WILL break your headlight lenses or windshields! No exceptions. Even on the highway! Haha

thanks for getting it all buttoned up! Can’t wait to have it back. I know KB has been talking about camping in it! Mentioned it multiple times. So I know he’s been missing it.

I think we will hold off on the paint for now. Get some more use out of it and then bring it in one winter for a spa treatment.

I got a couple little things to adjust. But yeah, ready to rip.

We’ll give it a quick wash and wipe down one of the mornings too….Even though I know Cole is going to drive it down the dirtiest road, through a mud hole, and hit a deer the first opportunity he gets. 😁😁
