Sounds like we have a few already in and we’d love to get some more VW friends together for 4th of July in Silverton!!

Cory, our friend with the sweet Class 11 (Idarado) said we can stay in a cool spot just outside town and they’d love for us to be in the Parade!!

Dirt bike riding trails… probably red riders… and lots of fun times ahead in a beautiful and nice and cool weather place over red mountain!!!! 😍

This is exciting!!!!  It’s been hot as hell around here the last few days…  I’m looking forward to Silverton on the 4th!!!  Red mountain pass is so beautiful!!  I hope we can make it back up there were the water is BLUE!!!!!!!  It’s honestly magical!!!

I’m gonna get my TL125 out and make sure it is ready for the weekend.  Audrey has one also… and I guess we will take the CRF 50 also…   I kinda need a dirt bike trailer… 😎  Rusty Bring yours!!  Bubba, Jeff… Oh.. How about your Boy BO????   How about some of them 4 core guys?  C dollar?

Sounds like we have room for about 10 busses… 😎 😎 😎

Telluride is awesome also!!!  We spent a bunch of awesome 4th’s in Telluride!!!  Mostly thanks to Ron and Rusty!!!  I always felt like it was more fun when we knew someone who lived there!!!

Rusty called me yesterday to Verify Cory is getting us a legit place to camp for the 4th…  Sure sounds like it!!   Someone asked about a toilet??  Or should we bring our own “setup’s”?  One of the great things about Telluride were the awesome showers and toilets.. a week without a shower is stretching it… 😎 😎

The 4th isn’t till MONDAY!!!    I am still planning on spending the ENTIRE weekend in Silverton.. Drive up on Thursday or Friday??  But I am of course curious of what everyone else is thinking…

Yeah, they aren’t going to light shit on fire this year in southwestern Colorado!!! A friend of mine who is on a forest fire crew in Oregon drove over to Durango two days ago with her 20 person team to prepare for what they believe is going to be a really bad next few weeks around here!!😬

Hum..   no fireworks seems to be the standard these days..  sucks, but I understand. Good fireworks displays are going to something from the past 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.

I feel so Lucky to have been apart of a Telluride CO 4th of July weekend.  Thanks Rusty😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁. The red embers falling out of the sky and on US laying in town park in the grass!!!  It was sooooooo loud in that canyon!!!

I heard the Sheriff signed off on us using the spot…. but we are having some issues at Town Hall…. 😎  I hope this works out..  Cory says we will gave a spot one way or another.  Not to worry.   He thought he might be able to pull a special use permit or something….  😎

I guess in short… I don’t know where we are camping on the 4th weekend… But I know one thing.  I will be in the San Juans getting away from the heat and the big city!!!  I will drive into silverton and through and find somewhere to lay my head and park my bus…. 😎  😎 and I will have dirt bikes with me…. 😎  I wanna go find that BLUE water again!!! 😎

They are so frikin loud! Dying not being on the road.   Waiting for a motor. Little putt putt getting the job done, but I want a ZOOM ZOOM. Can this be on the calendar for next year? Miss you all, might see me in August with Jill passing through.
