Not the scenic/fun road trips you guys are having, but made 2 from PA to FL in the past 3 weeks. Sold all my projects/cars except my son’s ‘66 and monster bug. The family relocated to the gulf….🏝

Thanks man! Gulf Breeze, it’s the western panhandle. My son is livin’ the dream. First week down he got his drivers license switched over so he could get his resident fishing license lol just having a blast

Yeah Tim, family is already in love with it. Plus, we weren’t able to drive our air cooled vws in the PA winters. Get to drive em all year!

There are 3 VW events, one weekend in November. I don’t know the dates but I’m sure you can get the info on the samba or FB.

Friday night party at Rare & Unique (Kips) All VWs. Bradenton area.

Saturday Bulli Brigade (all buses) in Tampa.

Saturday / Sunday Bug Jam at Paso County Fairgrounds. All VW show. Dade City.

We go every year and for us it’s a good weekend away. I’m in SC and it will be colder for us in November but be 80 in Fl.
You won’t regret going to those events. There isn’t racing at any of those events unfortunately.

Oh Boy!!! Gonna run another 2500 round  trip on White Lightning this Saturday!!! . If I make it It will be my home for a month or two… if not, it will be another whole adventure!!!! Wish me luck my Homies!!!! 😀😀😀🙏🙏🙏👍
