This is an early 1967, The vin 117007*** and engine number h0211162 appears to have been built with-in the first two week of production in August 1966. This car was purchased from a Chicago dealer in 1967 and the owners have kept it maintained its entire life.
The body is in great shape. No major rust or collisions. Never been welded on. You can see the aprons are strait. It has been re-sprayed the original color ruby red. I believe the interior and door jambs are OG paint. The interior has all the correct original parts. Seats have been re-covered.
Mechanically, the engine and transaxle are fresh rebuilds from Painter’s Grinding in Denver. They are the original to the car units, so the numbers match the vin/birth certificate. We performed all the service work with -in the last 2 years. New brake system too. It a well-sorted car….Hop in and drive it 1500 miles home. No mechanical or electrical issues at all. Runs perfect, great power, no smoke, no leaks.
Or maybe you would like to take it to the next level? Its a local car to us, so we could definitely perform some restoration work, OR ??? lower job and wheels. Contact me via email for more info: franz@kustomcoachwerks.com
