We’ve been talking a little bit about an OCTO trip in a few weeks. Does anyone have any interest?

 

Maybe leave Thursday the 15th, get to Valley of Fire, then Joshua Tree the next night, OCTO Saturday morning, and then whatever California activities we feel like afterwards?

I think this could be a fun fuckign trip…   Dan, Bubba, Rusty, Jeff, Willy, Me, Jesse, Dario, Franz, weston, Pat…   How about Plesek… I bet he’s never been to an Octo… I bet a bunch of the guys above haven’t.. and this will be the first and probably only Octo for 2020….  the weird ass year of weird ass things….

anyone think that sounds fun???  Or would it be better to just stay here and do the same thing? 😎

OCTO is going to be bonkers cause everyone has been cooped up and there is no other shows going on. Perfect excuse to go camping 🙂

I hope to see you all there. Feel free to stop by and say hello.

 

 

You guys could leave Joshua Tree EARLY and meet up with the VTO crew off the 10 freeway to caravan out. PS- it is HOT this time of year in JT during the day

I live about 10 min from Vets Stadium, where OCTO is held.  I’d say you guys could post up at my pad, but I’ve got some major remodeling going on (the kitchen is torn up and has no sink right now).  You probably would want to camp at the beach anyway.  Bolsa Chica State Beach, in Huntington Beach, is like 15 min away.  Let’s get a KCW line-up at the show!

I thought you lived in Texas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think a KCW lineup would be dope!!!  But I understand, it is a long drive for a 1/2 day swap meet… 😎

I’d love to go but will be in AZ that weekend.  I did my CA trip last year for Spring Picnic.  Safe travels if you get a group together.  I think I need to change my login to Scottvwlurker.

I think I’m one of the lurkers too. Isn’t like half of California on fire right now? We just got hit super hard with smoke from the fires yesterday in reno. Whoever goes I wish safe driving and clear air for the camping.

I lived in Texas for 3 years.  Now I’m back in the LBC.  Got a sweet pad by the water, but I’m in full restoration mode on the house.  Next time y’all get up the gumption to head out west, you gotta stop by.

Damm I want to go to octo. I might drive the Tacoma to sell some bikes. And junk. I would drive my bus but it’s like 60 mph top speed unless I take off the rear bumper than maybe 64. Any one else wanna go😬😜🤪
