Got the seats all mounted!!!!  and Doug redid that front headliner area for me..  I think this rig is ready to drive!!!!!!!!!

That drivers safari… cursed… It cracked again, over night.. without anyone touching it… 😎  I’m done trying to figure that out I think it’s the busses way of showing the world.. it used to have a tree sitting on it… just behind that window. 😎  Sorry… I dunno what to say about it.. except, I have no desire to fuck with it again…. 😎

Looks like maybe once it’s latched… it puts enough stress on the frame it bends. and then so the glass cracks… it’s not a ton, and takes over night to do it.. The screws in that window frame are about worn out…   Might have to weld up a shole ad redrill and tap… that could be part of it too…   fuck!   it keeps cracking more everyday!!!  I guess I might have to fucking do it once more….😉

I didn’t install the safari dash tabs cause it seemed like it was gonna be too much pressure on the latches… I’m thinking so!!!!

Glad it’s completed or at least almost completed.  Gonna try and come around 16th, maybe I can come sooner.  I’m super excited to get this rig back.  It’s has been a long time coming.

Maybe try getting the glass cut -2mm all around, so it has a little space?

I gotta tighten up the frame….  it’s flexing at that screw point and corner….  8-(  Maybe weld the holes up and move it a tad closer also, the frame has a tiny bit of a gap in it where it meets.

He lives in Dallas TX… I think Glenwood would be more help than green river… 😎 Denver would be a HUGE help…. Get him over those rockies… 😎  But he was talking about bringing something to drop off also..

I drove this rig the other night… Drive sooooooo good!!!! I would happily Drive this rig to Texas…. 😎

But.. I would rather not put the miles on it…

I noticeda couple things I need to do before it leaves.. 😎

List in case I forge!!! an idiot light not working always….. and needs a colour to hold the speedo to the the back of the speedo on the pod.. two tiny top ups on drivers door….. Franz got all tricky and fixed your super awesome BD dome light bulb holders the other day… I guess we could do those too…..

 

I’m guessing Kelly is busy again this weekend….  well… so am I…. 😎
