Chris Schwartz Mr. Okrasa engine almost finished. He liked Pete’s engine so much that he had us do reversed Porsche linkage fan shroud and paint work on his… I won’t mention the part about how he dropped the fan shroud and had to send it back for repair and re-paint.😆

Hotrod 36hp is a serious investment of time.

World famous in new Zealand, Horopito motors, or Smash Palace as it’s known. After the iconic kiwi kiwi film of the same name.

I imagine there’s plenty of places like this in the states, but I’ve never seen anything like it. Same family have run for decades.

Been driving the bug daily for the last 3 years now, clutch has started needing alot of adjusting, I bought a new one at the end of last year and of course after that it’s been fine. Then not so fine, then really bad. So on Friday I went out to the vw parts shop to get a couple last things before I pull the engine and on the way over to see a mate, bong! The unmistakable sound of a vw cutch cable snapping.

How can you be mad at such a pretty thing??

We got Samuel’s car dialed in. Best it’s ever ran. He hit 3 shows this past weekend, came home with a trophy. Reminds me of my wife & I killing the shows in the mid-late 90’s 🤣
