Well I finally pulled the trigger on a sissy bar for my chop…   Now.. when I want a sissy bar… That means get out some steel and use the bender and make some shit…  Not find one to buy…  Built.. not bought… 😎  Gretchen is going to love this new set up!!!… I need to call Doug and get him on the king and queen seat for me… 😎  I want it to be like a saddle back there… 😎  And look at them big ol floor boards for gretchen!  and non skid fucking expanded steel for sure traction…. 😎

I guess the best thing to do here is tear the whole thing apart and repaint all of it… But.. Winter is close… and I want to get to ride it some… So.. I think I will just repaint the back half for now and throw it back together… 😎

I need to figure out a simple linkage to put a jockey shifter on the Right side… 😎  and make a new exhaust, and make some mid control floor boards!!!! 😎

Had a chance to test drive the pamper yet with the SVDA?  Curious if there’s any noticeable performance/cooling/fuel economy changes….

They finally came in the mail yesterday and I installed it yesterday…. Pertronix mislabeled some boxes and sent me a regular 009 style… so they had to send me another..           Adjusting it and setting timing.. it sounds a little crisper.. and it revs quick…  I can see it sticks it at 40 degree’s quick.. so I bet it will be a little more peppy accelerating… but if you come off the throttle at all.. it goes back to 30…  I bet it will help in a few ways…  I’m excited to be done with points and condensers… I pray…. 😎  It also has a rev limiter, auto dwell adjust, and all the previous problems seem to be solved with them..   But no, I have not even driven it around the block… 😎  7am tomorrow.. maiden voyage for it.. SLC Utah!!! 😎

Enjoy that kool-aid JJ, hopefully you experience what I and others have. Better mpg and cooling is always nice. Put your old distributor in your tool kit to prevent Murphy’s law from striking. Looking forward to seeing everyone again 😁 safe travels, hollar if you need anything
