Oh yeah – it really is!!! Desert is about surviving… in short course you don’t have to worry about breaking so much, just rolling from taking the turns so hard and tight!! 🤫😅 but JJ got us all dialed so the car feels STUCK to the ground now… I didn’t feel like we were gonna roll once at KOH… Crandon on the other hand.. felt like a possibility almost every turn.. until it was finally a reality 🙃

Never make somebody a priority who makes you an option.

another 6 weeks or so and a long drive to cali and back to go racing class 11 again..

Those guys all raced slash X last weekeend… Cisco won, Donnie got second and blake 3rd..   The mint’s coming up soon too..  GHA rolled, Scott from Cortez rolled…. fuck… it’s a brutal fucking sport…. brutal on your brain, brutal on your wallet and brutal on your TIME!

I got the trans up on a stand.  I am gonna make a tool to turn that outer “nut” so I can slide the axle out..

So I got to thinking about this diff broken axle thing..  but decided to make a socket that would fit down in the groove perfectly and welded a 1/2 drive socket to it, and used my hard add Snap On hammer impact.. I was able to rattle that diff around and get my axles out!!!!  Woohooo. Home Run!   Don’t need to send it back to painters!!!   Just tear the whole car apart and swap it..,  maybe next weekend?😎😎😎😎😎
