I like it. I’ve only seen maybe 2 of the 1500 crewcabs.

Air Force had these in spades for flight line trucks. Usually had a gutless 350 in them. 🙂

What makes rare? Most of them are 2500 or 3500? Looks clean for being old as it is.FranzModeratorOctober 1, 2017 at 6:12 amPost count: 4482
Better take Jones up on his binz offers….so that you can buy bags, wheels, c-notchs, and all that other junk minitruckers waste money on.tlambertParticipantOctober 1, 2017 at 9:32 amPost count: 469C.HamburgParticipantOctober 1, 2017 at 1:40 pmPost count: 206

I’m not sure on the numbers, but there aren’t many 1/2 ton crew cabs. the 2500 and 3500 trucks were factory produced. this one had a 37″ stretched frame and not sure what cab they started with, but you can see where they sliced and diced. Kind of like a Binz.C.HamburgParticipantOctober 1, 2017 at 1:40 pmPost count: 206C.HamburgParticipantOctober 1, 2017 at 1:44 pmPost count: 206

Binz ain’t for sale. I’m going to restore it someday. lol
just gonna do a 5/7 drop mini-c notch on the SS wheels. Daily driver status. Trying to replace my over priced Tacoma. Done making car payments.JdawgParticipantOctober 1, 2017 at 4:01 pmPost count: 457
And you drive that thing like its a lifted 4×4! I was surprised how you bombed over train tracks and stuff…and it never bottomed or scraped. cool truck for sure.C.HamburgParticipantOctober 1, 2017 at 7:39 pmPost count: 206
