This car was sold locally here in GJ at Jesse Boyce Motors back in the day. Cool!!!

 

Finished the drivers side repairs.

Had to add a nut to the patch panel for the lowest fender mount point. 

Burned in, welds dressed.

Coat of spray bomb for protection.

Pass side looks to be about the same. Junk out.  Ready for patch panel fab.

Few holes to attend to along the side of the pass front seat.

Batt tray area also needs love.

We will build it if it comes.

Knocked up a patch panel for the pass side outer rear rocker.

Abracadabra!

Patch panel and miscellaneous pinhole welding done on passenger rear pan area.

Coat of seam sealer top and bottom to cover any misc pinholes or areas that I knew better than try and weld.

I feel like there’s only one more area that needs attention, that’s the rear driver fender well/seat back/body tub area.

I could easily put my finger through the worst spots.

We will build it if it comes.

It’s my daughter’s ride. So it will be left stock, nothing fancy, not lowered etc. Probably get a good cleaning, buffing, new top, engine rebuild etc as her funds can afford

If it were for me, yes I would lower it with wheels.
