Toasty 1960 double door panel. Warped from being warmed up in a little fire, but actually pretty solid. It could make a sweet Shasta rig or spend some time and work it back into shape.
I’m full of good ideas for this Rig!!!! 😉 🙂
How did this end up 100% burned???? Doesn’t seem like an engine fire would do this? Forest fire victim??
Nice! Even comes with a motor haha.
Rusty buy it! I want to see it cruising Durango just like it is!!
Now that’s a smoking deal……..
the only “good” idea for this bus is SHASTA bus… or an Offroad bus?? Tabequache bus?? 8-0
I bet somebody out there has money “burning” a hole in thier pocket. 🙂
Really though, Its not as bad as it looks. Will need a roof section for sure….The other metal is good. Just barely burned…not crispy/brittle…you can see some of the old paint in places.
The bones are there, fixable, not rotten-rusty, small hatch, double door, and its cheap.
Saves blasting…..that’s a bonus😁
a few more photos of the double door. I’d much rather this go to a friend of the shop than someone random!
I say build a baja bus. Maybe a 23 window conversion. Roll cage, race seats, big tires, lifted IRS,
I like the way you think Franz!
Minimal rust repair needed, belly pans intact, no hidden body repairs…it deserves to live again.
What’s the title status? Salvage?
