Who else has Coleman stuff? Post up. Maybe we can do some trading or something.

Bill Crain got me into lanterns a few years ago. It’s kind of become an obsession. There are so many variations and models….just like VWs but much smaller and cheaper.

My buddy Jesse turned me onto a set of 3 pq chandeliers over the summer. Probably the coolest ones I have. Supposedly from the Ouray lodge. I’ve been trying to find a vintage picture with them in use. No luck.

Whoah funky. Do those little arms feed fuel into that big bulb area?

Long Time Lurker, first time posting. My passions are VWs, vintage camping, and snowboarding.

The lamps that Franz posted above are rad. Have you gotten them running yet?

I got bit by the Coleman bug about 3 years ago. Now I have 50+ lanterns and way too many stoves than I like to admit. I take the lanterns with me camping, but also when I rent a cabin in places like Big Bear or Mammoth Lakes.

Below are some pics of what I have. They seem to multiply quickly.

I have taken all of my lanterns apart and cleaned them at some point. If anyone ever has questions on why their lantern isn’t lighting/ running properly, feel free to reach out. I’m more than willing to help.

Super cool collection, I’m sure we will be using this as a Coleman resource soon. Where is our other resident expert, Rusty? I know Audrey and I caught the Coleman bug at BBB this year…

I’m hoping to score some possibly tomorrow along with some fresh in box never opened limited edition steel tonka trucks given to gas stations as promotions. These are from the chevron that used to be in Cisco back in its hay day. Will post pics if I have questions.

I like the blue stuff –  you say thats sears? Looks like Hazet.

I found 2 of the 2burner stoves in the trash last year, love it.

Remember family using the lantern, 4burner, and the water jug 50 years ago…

    Those chandilers are way cool.

I’ve tinkered a bit with getting some of them running…but usually have more important things to do.

Here is the most recent addition. Big hat JC Higgins.

HAHA. Im telling you, you buy one, and then next you realize 3 followed you home while you went to the grocery store for milk.

The Sears stove below I got for $3 at a yard sale back in like 2006 when I had my OG paint Fontana Grey bug. I took it with me to some campouts, and then after that, it was all down hill. All I wanted was more Sears lanterns. They are a fun and cheap hobby.
