    Matt delivered the lazer scanned and re-engineered 3d printed proof of concept this weekend. The gear mesh is dialed. I think it’ll work. Its a 2 1/4″ lift using an idler gear the same diameter as the axle drive gear. This also makes the input and output rotate in the same direction which should eliminate the poor power/handling characteristics of stock two reduction gear boxes.( the axle spins opposite of the input causing the suspension to lift under acceleration)

    I think we add coil-over fox shocks, and 4 link instead of spring plates to make a trophy-truck like suspension for a split window bus.

    No doubt. We got a little idea what this project is going to take to come to fruition. Lets just say the first set is going to cost $10,000 to program and machine.

    Like Jarod. Worth fab can fab up all kind of cool shit. If we all pitch in a grand then we could get them for johns bus and he could do the test run to see how they rip?

    Why not try to find another interested business who has the means to invest and make it happen? Someone who might already be cnc-ing stuff? Just throwing ideas out

    no doubt the madman could widdle them out manually in about 2000 hrs but we got no CNC machine…
