Wanted to bring this back up… as I am about to make it higher priority…. That Bus build has been keeping me busy and occupied…

I will probably have Andy help me knock some work out on this while he is here.. which is coming up soon..

This was a nice complete, but really rusty vert.. New channels new support rails, all closing panels and such..   Rust repair is not quite done yet… doors, hood and deck, which all need some love..

Thought I would just put this in the file to keep a history of the “before” picture.    Will be awesome to compare this to the “after” pic once its completed.

Convertibles are so fun to drive in the Fall and Spring here in Texas.  Looking forward to this one getting the KCW treatment.

    Let me remember……….

    Body:

L31.   Black stayfast top.    Black mechanicals, Black space savers.    Old Speed Wilwood 4 disc set-up with dropped spindles,   euro bumpers, stainless beam, shiny black pan, lowered but not slammed, fluted headlights, original plan was for a Bluetooth stereo but Im gonna not do that.

Engine:    Franz will have all of this thought out.   Tractor engine, stale air heat,  straight cuts, A-1, vintage dels,  Franz is just going to do his thing here.    3.88 Rancho prostreet, upgrade tank with overflow.

Interior:  stock seat stitching, black leather (hopefully),  3 spoke split wheel, would love to find a nice restored Hurst shifter, blend some satin black with gloss black perhaps.   May need some accents somewhere………

I may have missed some things……..
