Took a spin on the trials yesterday. Took awhile to get accustomed to the style of riding again, but the bike ran great for its age. Got fouled by a big snow bank again.

Pictures from my ride today. The last snow bank picture, had me backtrack 25 miles. Just couldn’t find a way past it. Started out going south of Ely on Ward Mining District road, and then going through Sawmill Canyon to Lund. From there headed back towards Ely on the other side of the mountain range on the highway. Jumped off road again and rode the Upper and Lower Terraces road. Got all the way over the top and started to descend into the original side of the mountains where I started, only to be turned back by snow still over the road. Awesome ride.

made it to Ely. Bus runs great! Mileage is down hauling an extra 1000lbs, but no complaints. Really big hills, I pulled in third gear at 55-60mph.
First two pics are where I woke up this morning. Paranagat Valley. Last pic is Pioche, an old mining town.

Could be ball joints. The ones I got to rebuild the beam didn’t have zerk fittings. I pack grease up around the joint in the rubber cup though.

They’re the bushings that came with the sway bar Franz. I have a bay beam with needle bearings well greased.

Marty Smith and wife died yesterday at Imperial Dunes in a dune buggy roll over. Met him at American Honda, Gardina, CA. Very nice humble guy.
