in reply to: JJ's projects #85449
I too get a lot of relief from regular stretching JJ – Also, not sure if you can find it out there but Myofascial release/advanced clinical massage has been a game changer for Jo (who had a new hip last year) and me. It works with putting your body back in alignment and on releasing tension around scar tissue.
in reply to: JJ's projects #85374Glad it helped JJ. Rest up!!!

in reply to: Parkway projects #49311Mark has been a ghost since Pat got all that awesome work done.. Lets get that rear hatch on before it starts raining and snowingโฆ I think, some tube could be welded in them hinges to fix em?? and new pins?? Some fabrication, but what else you going to do?
Been away at my Dadโs place up north for a few days; not seen them in nearly a year because of Covid. I have a plan to repair the hinges and make new pins once the car gets here ๐ค๐ผ

in reply to: Parkway projects #49146Fine Franz!! Iโll find another reason to head to the shop! ๐ all good but I think I need to buy one of those cool pliers that remove snap rings, I have a small one That works but not for the big one on the axle, needle nose pliers donโt grabโฆ..gonna try to find one tomorrow! ๐
Bend the ends of the needle nose pliers inward and theyโll get you out of a jam Rusty. ๐๐ผ
