😆 😎 In my younger days I was pinned in on a small lot in the city…Got out to the country where there is plenty of room and no regulations against hoarding wonderful junk!

I used to be you, then things changed. But Publishers Clearing House has promised to give me $1000.oo  week, so I plan on getting there again !

Hurts my head to think that just a couple of years ago I had 4 rail projects going at once. The nearly done winter rail, two half done rollers, and one chassis that I stripped down and was converting to mid engine before painting.sand rails 111113 002s-rail 031813 002hi-jumper 091913 003

Going to be better than new. Of course that is normal at KCW.

How sturdy are those PVC bikes? I love the idea. I just wonder how much squeaking and flexing is going on? More than JJ’s rail buggy?

I had similar thoughts about strength, so did a short test structure. Looks like properly done it should be strong enough.  On the down side my hands hurt so bad and lack the strength  that even  using the tubing cutters is difficult and the pain pills in large enough measure to be effective turn me into a zombie. VA appointment scheduled for the 6th to consider possible surgery has been rescheduled to the end of June, so I guess this idea gets kicked on down the line.

So, with the change in directions in life last year I got rid of pretty much all my VW stuff, all my big shop equipment, a lot of tools, and most of my excess vehicles.  Now for the first time since I was around seven I don’t have a project (or several) staring me in the face every day. Also now staying away from people as much as possible and even working with the rescue horses has left me with a lot spare time which I don’t deal with well. I may have found a cure. These are adult pedal carts made mostly of PVC and old bicycle parts, and I can probably build one in the living room. What do you guys think ?1f6fc7b0edae3faf7c8541c99dd7a394318633390a497dd0f8397aa38bf463f2bee41619ce0099dc61382f55d9b57fd0fffcb11f4696a987231808181dac14cf

GSXR is kind of like the monkey and a foot ball deal. Not sure how it would effect John, but I did a short ride on a friends bike. Quick as hell and fun, but was hard on my lightly damaged back.

One of those boxes I dropped on you guys should have a whole bunch of e brake stuff in it.  There were a few old steering columns as well I think.

John here’s a random one. I have spent countless hours watching the ID Network over the past few weeks. I saw one from Grand Junction and the killer ended up being a mechanic named Lester Jones. I think it was around 2007. The girl was a cute soccer mom who ended up being a high end escort and no one knew. Any relation to the guy? Do you remember that story?

Jones was from up here in Hotchkiss before he moved to GJ. Well known as a dangerous nut case even back then.

I’m very glad Travis wound up with this car. Best home I could imagine for it.

Cool ride Franz. I have been keeping an eye out for a good used one of those that would fit my budget, but no joy so far.

I’d love to have a 550, but if Publishers Clearing House doesn’t come through pretty soon it isn’t going to happen for me.
