Just finished power washing Zack’s new 66 bug, and its looking a lot better already! Plans for this aren’t really being made until Zack gets here tomorrow, but since I’m the first opinion I’m just gonna throw out the idea that this bug would be fuckin awesome as a Class 11 style baja. I’m thinking uncut body and fenders, lifted and slightly raked backwards, big mud tires, a roof rack, and tons of light bars ferda boyz
Nice face lift… 😉
Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎

Man, that looks great. Zack’s going to have a Merry Christmas!
Pete and I were talking yesterday…. as he was finishing it up for me…. We pretty much touched everything…. Only thing we didn’t take apart was take the body off the pan… 😉 Lots of new seals, lots of new mechanicals, and just a general take it apart, clean it up and reassemble it.. 😉 But no paint work….. NONE… So mechanically…and interior wise… it will be like a new car…. With loads of character… and He won’t have to worry about were he parks and such….
We have about 2 weeks of time on the clock… and a bit of extra “Mom and Dad” time… 😉 and about $3500 in parts… and a $800 car… 😉 😉

Looks killer. 😎
It’s a hair higher than Audrey’s Beetle was. 🙂
We got to drive it earlier tonight! Drove like a dream, just a few minor tweaks to make! Its all coming together!
Great looking car Zack !
Merry Xmas to the Jones family

I’m glad the line wasn’t plugged, 🙂 🙂 🙂
I had a similar problem, I had just brought my motor home from running it on the stand. Put it in, Madison hooked up fuel line and removed the vise grips clamping the line. She didn’t notice the permanent kink. It took better part of that aftrrnoon looking around at everything.
“Life is a waterfall,
We’re one in the river and one again after the fall”Fixing a kink in the fuel line and then maiden voyage!!!!!!!!
I love going on adventures in our bus!!!
I’m gonna tinker on it this morning.. and hopefully be done with my part of this rig!!!! Yesterday was great day… I am happy Zack got to drive it around the block! Tranny shifts, and turnsignal switch works… good news.. 😉 😉
