Looking for a 64 through 67 bus driver side spindle, the set I bought has a messed up  bent spindle.  Needed to finish my beam.FB_IMG_1582391704343

Looking for a single Drivers, pair of spindles or a complete beam at this point for 64-67. Apparently I am looking for a needle in a haystack and the spindle can not be repaired, so I am told

Yeah, all the early bus guys had to switch to 64-67 spindles so that 944 disc brakes would swap.

Pretty sure we’re out of them too. I’ll look today.

Good luck getting someone to let go of a single spindle… I would call nate and get one from him…  if he has an extra..

Thanks, I think I may have found one, waiting on an update form the yard back east.

Tried, nobody wants to give them up. I think it would be easier for me to buy a first born child off someone. I cant believe that nobody is making spindles, such a market for them. I have recommended it to EMPI along with Split bus axles as they want advice on items to make and sell.

At least my bent one is worth something for that 944 slammed garbage 🙂

Its amazing how  few posts on social media and the VW scene was reaching out to me. Never had that happen before and it work out. This is why I love this scene so much!

I was able to find one out of a junk yard back east for $200 shipped, hopefully it works out.
