Iβm FINALLY making some headway on getting the metal for this. Some from Germany and some from Lithuania π³
One my non-car guy friends was raving after a few beers about how cool it is to have a vehicle thatβs so rare and so practical. I think I agree.
Took this out for 3 nights before a 2 night backpacking trip at Conundrum Hot Springs outside of Aspen. Camped in the Flat Tops and at Lincoln Creek near Independence Pass. Nice spots for sure.
We installed some Burley 93o axles on Willβs doka today. Super cool truck. Factory tube, winch and skid plate too. Ready to go.
So stoked to have my rig back in the game and upgraded with some 930s! Thanks Franz and Pat! I’m looking forward to getting some more articulation out of these axles.
Special delivery all the way from Germany π

Finally found someone who has done this process before, had to go deep in a google images search. Gonna leave them here for my future reference… It looks like it’s pretty similar to a split truck bed, no?
Drove this thing from Audrey’s to LA and then all the way up to Canada! Kicked ass, no hiccups. We did the drive North in 5 days, but the route is so beautiful it deserves twice that.
Yeah that is an awesome truck…Β Your doing the right thing with it..Β Β Glad to see it is not here… πΒ and I mean that in the absolutely best way…. π π

I’ll be back again soon! I was only in Victoria for one day then flew back to LA. Planning a lot longer trip next time!
I’m glad its not at KCW just sitting. I’ve been neglecting it for way too long!
The Jagd seems to be enjoying its time in the North!
Heck yeah!! Β Iβm just glad I didnβt have to work on it.. Β ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
