PAT! fake news. happy to report that I am not bearing any children now or anytime soon. Kula has been staying with us and she is the only baby i need in my life.

I met a fortune teller lady here in Venice and she told me that I am going marry someone much older than me.. so I think Will is too young for me πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

That’s what I need in my life… MORE complication. Let me just destroy what little free time I have left!

Getting around to finally fixing the linkage this weekend. I found that one of the spot welds on the linkage mounts broke off and has been throwing the adjustment off. Swapping to CB style from Redline.

I’m playing whack-a-mole a lot with this thing recently. Disc brakes sorted out was a big step, but then I noticed that the linkage was all messed up. Some of the welds on the mounts for the crossbar had broken apart so the adjustment was all squishy and sloppy. Got a new CB linkage setup, pulled the carbs off to clean them out and noticed this brass piece is cracked. Tapped her out, found a new one and tried to press it in using a mixture screw I cut. Cranked too hard and it’s starting to push through the casting… dammit. I think I’m gonna run it as is until I can find a solution. I don’t think I can finance a new carb at the moment…

You should get a Subaru engine or something so you don’t have to mess with those carbs anymore πŸ˜‰πŸ₯°

I hear Will is going to be a Rivian owner?

He’s going to need a 4 door with a/c for the new born baby. Car seats are required for like 8 years.
