I think about not doing Shasta anymore… then I see how much fun we have… and am back to going… 😎 Willy is driving his own bus this year huh?? I was wondering… I mean… it is hard to not come back from shasta without some sort of damage, inside AND out!!!
and them river crossings…. They are the best!!! I’m glad you had enough fun to want to do it again!!! I still think a person’s first shasta is the most nerve racking… BUUT…. It’s a whole different deal in your OWN bus…. Hoping you make it up some of the axle breaker hills 800 miles from home… Lets not forget that the 15 made it the whole way on the last ottinger trip, with passengers! Not even some hot chicks at the top of the axle beaker hill could stop it!

It would be tough to find somewhere I could afford to have all my shit with me, even in the commercial district. Then I’d also be commuting all the time! I like having the easy walk to work for now until I figure out where I can move to next. These definitely aren’t vintage VWs, but I think they’re still pretty cool! I’d like to get the turkis in the parkway rotation to be corrected a bit then bring it out here to find a new home, then the so42 following that?
