Just have KCW buy em and detail em. I don’t get any price break, they get em cheaper and can do an excellent detail job. I bet it would be cheaper to have them do it, shipping would jack the price up.
Will do. You should get those fancy center caps that Pete posted….thats all they really need to look like originals.
I’m with you, I don’t think spending $4ooo on $800 wheels makes much sense.
These are nice additions to the CIP1 Fuchs. I have a set, and they’re made well. https://www.instagram.com/clarkesautomotive/p/BwEs7_9hWO3/?igshid=161ykb0crba09
Anyone got a website or phone number for these guys. I am having problems contacting them. Thanks for assistance.
I reached out to Clarke’s Automotive for the caps through IG (same way I got mine). When he responds I’ll let you know.
I’ve only had success reaching him through Instagram. He replied and said they’re 55 British pounds each, so 220 pounds for a set of four, plus 25 pounds shipping. His PayPal is tom@clarkesautomotive.co.uk, send “Friends and Family” or add 15%. Include in your PayPal that you want them shipped to KCW. He makes them to order, so there’s a 2 week wait.
01283 480070 is the UK number listed on his IG if you want to try to speak to him directly. Or email him at his PayPal address.

BTW….did you ever get the vert top boot from Chucks yet?
I have not seen any boot…. Thanks for getting those pieces coming.. 😎 I’m gonna get to go to Wisconsin soon….. 😎
Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet.👊
Tom, your vert is beautiful. The front beam is crazy. The whole damn car is detailed to the max.
Gas tank painted body color and cleared.. OHHH YEAH…. 😎
and you special little -4 fitting… 😎 as requested. 😎
Doug is binding carpet… He is pretty much done with the top.. I’m not letting him off the hook just yet… it still takes arms of steel to shut the top…. 😎
Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet.👊
I feel like it is really starting to get that Gangster look I knew this car would have… the fuch’s will put it over the top… 😎 Doug is getting things done little by little!!!! Maybe it’s almost tailight time… 😎 wow…
Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet.👊
Looks awesome. I bet that top will stretch a bit once the hot sun hits it. Exterior chrome and lights will set this thing off. Euro bumpers will make the look too. Love the progress.

Sounds logical to me…. lets go with that…. 😎 These tops… these verts.. these RHD conversions… 😎 😎 Douglas is working on those wood things…. he’s paying with your wood Tom.. 😎 had to… sorry… 😎
Doug has carpet made for your floor… and of course we want rubber mats….. Doug wants to know which one to glue in, and which one on top? 😎 Rubber mats on the floor is correct… Doug just wants to carpet everything!!!!! I guess the carpet could be sitting on top of the rubber… I dunno if I would want either glued in…. 😎 He wanted to pad it.. I THINK we talking him out of that!!! 😎
Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet.👊
