Super un-interesting work….but I’ve got all the tin fit and modified. Your heater should rock. I made sure to close all the gaps and holes to get max air flow.

Having problems with the stale air heater boxes. The stock 40hp J-tubes are 1.250 …no bueno. Stock 1600cc is 1.380”’ and the a1 sidewinder header is 1.5”

I found some fuel injected exhaust j-tubes that are 1.380” and have the correct radius to fit the stale-air heater boxes. Just need to get them fit and I think I am done with tin.
