    Cool! Thanks Matt. 1/4″ stainless?

I was thinking something more like this. You can probably design something way more sick. The outside dimensions can be different too.

This would look cute on one of the shock towers.

I like the triangles but it needs the “KCW” between the beams.

Hi guys!  Ok let me know what y’all think.  I basically took one of Franz’s concepts, and smoothed it up.  Original geometry is retained as seen in the overlay.  When we’re all decided, I’ll send you the file or cut some for you myself.

That looks sweet Matt. Can you put kcw on one of them somewhere somehow?

KCW between the torsion tubes would look right to me.

I'm at the age where "fuck off", "fuck you", and "fuck it" answer most questions.

Yep I can do that no problem.  I think the KCW would look good between the tubes as well, so we’ll go with that.

Just thinking.  If we lasercut the logo, it’ll have to be the KCW with the Beetle silhouette over it, as the old English logo is too intricate to cut.

I could laser etch the old English logo after the parts are cut though if that interests y’all.  You guys can pick…just laying out some options. 🙂

    Laser etch sample…

id choose the kcw and beetle.  Rather than the roman letters

actually I would water jet the kcw beetle logo between the holes where the beam cross members are instead of just removing the material between the beam cross members.

Maybe instead of cutting everything out… we just etch it?  Be stronger wouldn’t it?

I am gonna continue on today…  Get some progress going again!

Gonna get started early on this rig today! 😉   I was thinking about colors again yesterday…. With the Standard 3 spoke wheel and all… I guess Dove Blue would work.  But I think I will base clear this one.. It will make it much shiney ier and a little more deluxe.. ofcourse. I gotta cut and buff it too… 😉  😉  😉   Those wheels are pretty commercial looking too..  I wonder if we could add some paint detail in the circles or something.  L31 in the holes?

I think I wanna deliver this one to wisconsin… and take some cabin time afterwards.. 😉  😉
