Lenny has retired. He sold the website and phone number to Morrie who is located in Oregon. I have been to their shop and like Morrie. Lenny’s crew did not make the move. Clara and I have been making microbus panel sets for years. She does not advertise much. The two of us are always busy. Occasionally I post on Instagram. If the owner wants a quote for the part we make or to place an order encourage him to email me at campingbox@yahoo.com – message me through Instagram (westfalia_campingbox) or give me a call (phone number is listed on any of my samba ads). If he wants to avoid holding you up I’d suggest he reach out today. I make this stuff to order. I can put him in touch with Deutsch Polster regarding the covers. Corey often stocks the covers. Since you are fairly familiar with the WCCR products and the TMI (WW) products I know you will be happy with our quality and with the Deutsch Polster covers. We are both a little more expensive than the other options but the quality is there.

Well there we go!!!  Someone call Greg please,,, 😎

Finished metal work on the roof and 95% of the body work. Skim coat and detail sand and it’s ready for primer.

JJ is finishing up the last of the metal work and AJ had moved onto body working  the shell. 29035FCC-7C9B-4DA7-A91E-97162EBE7E73B4E91E92-BDB1-4CBB-94FB-996576F45945

Riley and I finished body working the roof yesterday morning. Riley than locked out driver side dog leg bodywork, and got a good start on the pass side. A1EDD700-9FEA-4F6B-A661-5865EA09D69E

I started working the long side. Found a large bump on the lower rocker. When Metal Work was done elsewhere the rear most long side support was replaced and installed a quarter inch low.765E8678-A14C-4BED-B7E0-A8A0252CF72C

Cut a section of the rocker out. Trimmed the support back and sectioned in a new donor piece.1B993D04-2B33-4158-AB8E-6FBA4BF62582 028E8840-A937-4013-ABE1-D79C767E8985

Stripped off some more body filler to find a large dent just above the repair section that need some pin work. 3FCABB67-C1AC-4B2A-9568-426D115BEEC8

Good to go. Back to where I thought I was yesterday morning. 3CADEBE3-AA1D-4CA1-9196-32089A998E79

Riley and I have been at it for a couple hours now.

He’s just about finished with the pass dogleg.

I blocked the long side out in 36grit yesterday. Working it down with 80 grit on the block now.

We will build it if it comes.

Nice bump! Who thought that shit would fly, and what’s that seam sealer shit covering on the support?

Nice work KCW! Not so much for the previous guy.

Were just doing what we do….  From my observations… the last shop or guy, hadn’t done many busses… 😎 😎   We have done more than most.. 😎 and yeah, we have pics to prove it… 😎 😎   No, we are not the best at any one part… but the most important part…. Getting it done… 😎 😎

Well…Shit is looking good… We have two more panels to work…  short side and nose…  We should have those done in the next two days… and start on poly!!

Safari’s???   anything else we might need to add or do before paint???

Cole??  You getting on that headliner???  You still handling this??

    Pics of poly soon!!! 😎

The harder I work, the better I feel, sorta 😎
