I know! KB has been itching. When we all get back from Germany I’m going to try and get everyone out overnight somewhere.
Baker was a blast! We barely slept and soaked most of the time. More bugs this time. I got eaten pretty good, but that water was HOTTT this time. So niceColeBModeratorJune 12, 2019 at 1:03 pmPost count: 1502
Clogged idle jet. Got that all blown out and the back fire went away. Thanks for the tip Franz. This thing is running like a top👍🏼ColeBModeratorMarch 26, 2020 at 3:35 pmPost count: 1502
New shift coupler. The other exploded. Now I’m going to bring the oil fill/breather out with me to reweld and paint.John JonesKeymasterMarch 27, 2020 at 7:52 amPost count: 6326

I noticed that somebody is making a solid billet coupler on samba.com and its looks tough!. Just worried about noise. I am going to try the red urethane EMPI coupler and carry a spare lol.ColeBModeratorApril 16, 2020 at 10:48 pmPost count: 1502
Got some hose made up today for a filter setup. BBOE is now rocking a filter!! Should make it happy! Went from 5.5 to 6.5 quarts of oil! Will likely run cooler. The guy at hose supply talked me into some wacky rubber thing to put on the outside of the hose. Looks good. Anything extra to protect from the exhaust and rocks will be a good thing
