It’s good, busy with work. Got any work for me JJ?? I think daily since I got back from KCW I’ve talked about that trip. We had fun!

I got super beetles here, type 3’s, Porsche’s and buses coming out my ass for swaps!!

My next personal car will be a Baja for franz Baja jamboree if that’s gonna be a go still? Hopefully I can build it, do the jamboree, sell it to someone in Colorado or Utah so I can leave it.

I got my girlfriend a 2000 Subaru Legacy 8 months ago, $1500 bucks for a daily driver..got her out of the other car that had a payment.. lastnight she called me on her way back here from Fresno, engine died.i took my Truck and trailer to pick her up. Broken timing belt that bent 12 of the 16 valves. Replaced both heads with some other good heads and back in action. 20 hours later

ive said it a shit load since I was at KCW, JJ said it a few times to me. It’s all about how react to the problem.

😎 10% what happens to you, 90% how you react… 😎 It took me awhile to learn it… If I can get a few young guns on the program early… maybe it will help them too…. 😎

Yup, I,m probably not the best example, but………headed into town to feed the Hotchkiss rescue horses at 4 this morning and found three of the Crawford rescues out of the pasture wandering around. Got them inside the front gate and secure and went on my way to town. Ran over to the Stop and Save ,grabbed a cup of coffee and headed to my office to check for messages, turned off the highway and right rear tire went flat. Started to change it…spare was flat. Not quite 5 in the morning, I’m sure not calling anyone. Walked short way to my office where I keep the Suburban. Battery is dead, and nothing close to jump it from. Well, crap. The ranch is only three miles from here and I can probably catch a ride up to there. It’s a holiday and not one single vehicle comes along the entire way. At least my little red Subaru is at the ranch and I can count on it. Another dead battery. Walk to the back corner of the property, feed the horses there, pull the battery out of my tractor (it’s inop due to a broken fan belt which takes hours to change due to all the crap driven off the front of the engine that has to be removed in order to replace it) and lug it 1/4 mile back to the main house and install in the Suby. Fire it up and head back to the highway and it quits before I get there. Out of gas. Hike back to the far barn were there is a spare 5 gal can of gas, get it, haul it back to the car and get ‘er running again. Back to town, hit the Short Stop to gas up, grab another (LARGE) cup of coffee and back to the office to see what happens next, stopping along the way to put the spare from the red car on the white one.I’ll walk back later to recover the white car. BUT, Beth has been prepping all week for today, turkey is in the oven, I have great family and friends. This afternoon I’ll eat like a pig, fall asleep watching football with our rescue cats and dogs by my side, and tomorrow I get to watch the sun come up again. I’m so better off than most I can hardly stand it. Everyone have a great day !

☝️ Yeah that sounded like a sucky morning! If you’d lost your temper it would have been far worse though. 🤙🏻

I can get pretty pissy over the little stuff. I deal with the rest with as much dignity as I can.

    Funny story alykat (John)

I hope corporate sees this too, my girlfriend and I adopted another dog. I’ve had my black and white dog for 6 years(before I knew my girlfriend)

we went to the shelter to get a dog, we got the #1 dog on the list to be euthanized. Only reason she was on the list because she’s been there 90 days, super sweet dog! Someone beat her, otherwise she’s a great mellow pup. Hopefully she can slow down “Kim” my current dog.

I love any type of dog, Pit bull mixes are great.

Yeah Andy. We have two Pitty rescues. One full Pit and the other a Pit mix. Both are absolute lovers. Another is a Border Collie and the last and way older is a Chihuahua / Rat Terrier mix.
