Got seat mounts out, and saved em incase you wanted em back.. Worked on that beat to hell bulkhead panel again.. Got the “C and B” pillars trimmed up and ready to go together… Also mocked up some top hats and outriggers and front center section.  I might put a third top hat in but it would be awefull close to the front one when done.

You can see they hacked the damn frame off right at the front outriggers… so I kinda need to weld this frame together before I install the “B” pillar and outrigger center section top hat piece… damnit.  I think I have everything figured out…. except where to cut the frame to narrow it up to match.. it’s about an inch or so off.

I welded inside of rear frame to outside of front frame when I did mine. Then made gussets to enclose it all up. I think you’ll understand once you join the two half’s.

I'm at the age where "fuck off", "fuck you", and "fuck it" answer most questions.

I’m trying to not have that “Step” I don’t want it to be obvious where we did any work…  Look at how nice this bed is going to “plug” right into the bulkhead area..     I feel like I want to weld the frame together next…  and the upper frame work of the bed is going to plug right into the cab too..

Damn!  You engineered the hell out of that. Can’t wait to see it welded back together.

    engineered… thats funny….  I’m a solid hack…. 😎  😎 😎  I just want it to look “right”.. 😎

Raining here today.. so no blasting this big bitch… Sitting on the frame table, it’s pretty big… I doubt I will be able to shut the blast booth doors when I dust it off…. 😎  But there are plenty of small patches I can do here and there and welding… Ill try and get the frame measured out for attaching and line em up…

The gas tank is going to HAVE to be removable…  The last thing to weld down is the floor, and then the tank supports…   just sayin…

It’s looking good. Love seeing progress on something of mine since I haven’t touched any of my projects since I got home from KCW
