What a Slacker!!! Finally pulled the drum and broke my adjuster free 🙂 brakes are WAY better!!! Still should adjust em all, adjust my pedal and bleed everything but that sounds dumb!!! 😉 E- brake works now! 😉

Drivin the Baja this week, brakes are a C- so I’ll eventually do more brake work!! 🙂

So, I got those Appliance rims and tires from a farm, sitting in a shed for at least 30 years, tires are kinda new looking  and have been out of the Sun. Heavy As Fuck!!!!!!!!!  Are they useful??? What for? And should I keep em???????

When I was working in a small VW shop down in Georgia many…many years ago, tires like that were very popular with the swamp buggy guys.  If the rubber is good, use them !

I still have one around here that says “Durango Recap” on the side, hard to believe they made retreads in this little mountain town.

Ran retreads on my 65 mustang in high school, under $100 for a set of 4, mounted and balanced! only had 1 come apart and it was just a piece, it didn’t completely fail…
