Will one of you guys in Durango run over to Rusty’s and grab his pipe bender? Thanks. 🙂 🙂 🙂
Actually that looks pretty good. I’d consider re-doing that canopy frame without that bend, so when not in use it just folds over and lays flat on the rack’s top tubing.John JonesKeymasterMay 2, 2019 at 7:19 amPost count: 4591
Rusty’s brakes are the reason I prefer, when I first get a car, to swap ALL the wheel cyclinders, master, and all the rubber lines.. anything with a seal..
seems like it’s hard to get the fronts to work…BBWBParticipantMay 2, 2019 at 7:28 amPost count: 648
Put one on the other side, you’d have “Chitty, Chitty; Bang, Bang, like the Disney movie. Seriously though, I like where you’re going with this Baja.

That Flinstones pic had me laughing all morning!!!! Yeah, this Baja is kinda fun running around, starting to like it! 🙂 I’ll keep at it til it works! Presently it’s my daily driver 🙂 Pete, my awning does fold over onto my rack, had it up there the whole Moab trip 🙂 Didn’t you hear?? I’m the guy who put the Bro in faBROcate!!!! 😉 😉 🙂DarioParticipantMay 3, 2019 at 7:24 amPost count: 275
You better file for a patent, that thing is screaming money maker!!!
I put my order in for roof rack like Badgers. Need to figure out how to pick it up in salt lake.John JonesKeymasterMay 3, 2019 at 10:53 amPost count: 4591
I dunno about adding all that weight rusty…. You have a camper with an awning already, and you have a tow bar, leave it light weight.. less shit to rattle….. better milage when you drive it, less wind drag…. Is this a daily, or a camper?? 😎FranzKeymasterMay 3, 2019 at 12:14 pmPost count: 2313ColeBParticipantMay 3, 2019 at 3:59 pmPost count: 1079
