I’m posting this Porsche linkage info here so that next time I have a good reference on location and modifications.

Nice…you’ve created a monster.  Let the pilfering of 356 linkages begin lol. 🙂

Thanks Franz!  Looks great!  Is this shroud #2 after Pete’s?

Yeah, #2 and I’m going to finish #3 today.

Seems like somebody could make money offering these parts as a kit, they are fairly simple pieces.

Also, I don’t remember if I mentioned a tube or something to protect the throttle cable like Pete’s

Stripped and painted on the speedwell breather yesterday.

Should be ready to send back in a day or so.

The Speedwell Pre-A style oil breather installed.  Franz added the double barrel, and made the bracket for the engine block that was missing and impossible to get a replacement sent from Ray.  Muchos gracias, Franz!

Also changed the dizzy from the Blue Screamer 019 to an 010 for a more aggressive advance curve….and since the blue coil looked out of place without the 019 I pulled it for an NOS black one.  The engine is much happier with the 010, which from what I’ve read was the suggested one to pair when adding an Okrasa kit to a 36 back in the day.

Great looking engine. I have the same spark plug wire in red now, on my Yamaha. Adds a great vintage look.

I'm at the age where "fuck off", "fuck you", and "fuck it" answer most questions.

Thanks Ben.  The Lowbrow Customs wire is good stuff.  Cutting to length is nice bonus for clean routing.

No real reason to share, other than it’s sunny and 50 degrees this morning, so here’s what’s getting me to work today.

    Thanks Jdawg!

Johnny….best guess is 70 at the flywheel.  Shin’s 1397 made 67-68….mine is nearly identical but has larger valves and higher compression, I’d have to think that adds to it.

Doubled the power output. I’d say thats pretty good.
