    Thi bug looks awesome. I seen it around the shop nice bug too much bling for me. I like it without the gravel guards and rack. Racks are sweet and great for carrying extra junk too swaps or around the corner. Nice work Franz

    Roof racks are cool…but I notice they make cars drive worse. Wind noise and resistance.

    Its only two wing nut to re-install the rack…which I’ll probably do later today.

    Doing a couple minor adjustments this morning. I noticed the driver’s side was sitting a little lower. About to re-index the torsion bar.

    I think thats about it. I was happy with the way it drove. Anything else Justin?

    My Pops calls accessories on cars “gingerbread” and yeah it has gingerbread but I like that kind of stuff. I honestly will probably leave the mud flaps off and  go back and forth with the rack…I really like the look without it. Franz you’re totally right on the wind noise, it suuuucks.

    If you have to re-index can you match the drivers side…It looks bitchin from that side…I cant think of anything else other than what I mentioned before…where you able to chase down the source of the transmission fluid it pissed on the trailer when I brought it out to you guys? was the horn fixable? the oil light on the speedo didn’t work either. If you think its dialed its dialed. I cant wait to feel the difference in the way it drives.

    the plan is to arrive Saturday and hang out a bit (talk you into getting an R/C airplane) and drive the car, go to roosters…gotta get that pic! Catch a few Z’s Saturday night and head out super early Sunday to get home sometime Sunday night. I’d love to stay Sunday and go to the races to see the guys tear it up but we have to be back to work early Monday. I gotta decline the mystic biscuit, remember I’m the lame “don’t drink or do anything fun like that” kinda guy, but I’ll have some iced Tea!

    Yeah man. I got it all fixed.  Easy stuff. The leaking axle boot just needed the hose clamp re-positioned and tightened. The idiot light was burned-out. Horn was an issue with the column ground. There is a wire that comes out of the column  and jumps over the rag joint to ground. You can see the spade terminal is on the wrong bolt here.

    I have some slot head headlight screws that will make your repops look 100X better. We can change those out on Saturday if you want.

    Thanks Dario, I really appreciate that…your bug will be bad ass, keep progress updates and pics coming…you are extremely lucky to have KCW close to you. If I was close JJ would probably get a restraining order because I’d be there all the time geeking out on all the cool shit they have and build.
