In general dirty and leaking. Nice collection of numbers matching parts. It seemed to run and drive decent. The plan is for a full tear-down and reseal, sand blast and paint components as needed.

How the fuk do you guys get those thick WW vent wing glass seals in? I made a press and still couldn’t get the wings in all the way. Inner tube rubber seems to fit better.

Red 67 ski bus ready to go.

Has anybody seen cracked steering box mount? It was missing the lower bolt causing flex on the side of the frame. It had a strange feeling driving…

I cleaned and welded it nice. Though a frame section replacement would be better, it would also be much more time/money…I feel confident in the repair, but will advise the customer of the situation.

I did a frame repair much like that on my neighbors corvette frame three years ago. Still holding up fine. I’m sure this will be to.

I'm at the age where "fuck off", "fuck you", and "fuck it" answer most questions.
