I like the look of the braided fuel line too, and the nice tight fit with no clamps. But I like not having to replace rubber lines every 2 – 3 years much better! I was having problems with that stuff even before the ethanol 😡
I dunno Jeff… I only use that rubber shit when I have too…. If I smell gas… I look for a problem.. 😉
Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎

I had a chance to get acquainted with this early 47. Whoever built it did a really stellar job. Its a beautiful machine. All the right stuff.
I did notice a few things that need love. The worst being a slipping clutch and oil leak. The engine needs to come out.
YES! Gonna get the Franz touch. Going to be sweet. Thanks Franz!
Have you seen Douglas yet ? ???
Not yet, I was planning to take your tuck to Doug’s shop for the canvas work. We need an engine to do that.

Jesus fuck I love that car!!! When do we get pics of the SO23 mango. My parents fell in love with that one. I think I have my pops talked into selling some cows and getting a split.
He has a 5 window 1950 Chevy that needs dusted off and a little tlc. It’s in better shape than my 70c-10 body wise. He has so much shit to sell and trade, maybe he’ll get serious about a bus soon.
