Baird’s 58 vert looking good. Normal maintenance.
The engine rolls over easy. Stock compression was only something like 7:1 on a 36hp…Baird said it’s the most reliable of the fleet- no problems.

I know Don Fugate did a lot of work on this car, and it was in HotVW’s one time.

Dan’s mango engine case got all the lifter bores re-bushed at Rimco and its on the way back. We should be able to start assembling next week.

Yeah Doug, bring it down. We’ll work it in. Does it need sunroof parts too?

I need to do some parkway work on my Pamper!!!!  😎  Trans is coming out and going to painters…  it has a howl when you crank it up in the morning.. and seems like waaay tooo much freeplay somewhere…. 😎  Maybe I should ask if I can get in line in the parkway work??  😎 😎 😎  Funny… if you think about it… Paying someone else and me billing shop hours makes more CENTS $$..   no pun intended…. 😎 😎 😎
