Pass door was missing the return spring and had a broken bezel. Found a donor part. Good to go.

I had a crowd at the gas station in this 59 kit car.

Rebuilt carbs  and new fuel hoses all around.

So German, British, American, Asian, or Brazilian fuel injection systems would be OK?😁

Kim’s 71 super beetle had the shimmy’s. New tie rods, ball joints, and rubber bushings; 100% better.

…But 3 of the brakes stuck and drug on the test drive. Not hydraulic related, must be rusty wheel cylinders?? I’ll find out tomorrow.

Well, hoping I’m an idiot and missing something stupid but I think White Lightning might need some real attention. A week or so ago I finally sprayed off my engine compartment and motor after the Moab trip. Tried to start it a couple days later and it didn’t start? Figured that it was an ignition issue but digging into it this morning I put it in neutral and turned the pulley to notice that I can turn it 3/4 around then it stops.☹️ not compression, it’s like metal stopping it from spinning😬😬😬Parkway Time!!!!!!!
