I wish I had half the skills you have Riley
This afternoon I finished dressing the welds on the cargo floor.
Now starting to dress the welds on the passenger side dog leg and then the cab floor.
You don’t know how happy that makes me to hear that!
Finished off the pass side repairs up front. Found one more on the inner dogleg.
Driver side needed a small section of seal channel.
Drivers rear mudflap needed some wreck damage worked out and welded.
Found a small rusty spot to address as well.
We will build it if it comes.
Dissected the engine bay pillars before heading home yesterday.
Working on the nose this morning.
We will build it if it comes.
progress daily… 😎 It’s what we have been about since day one… over 20 years ago.. 😎
Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎
Mr. Saggy Bumper needs a visit to KCW.
(Sorry to ambush the thread 🙂
Started with a few pins before fitting the new section.
Usually I work a nose section from the center out to each side, this one was not happy that way.
Ended up going from left to right to get the best fit.
Had to make a relief cut to remove a pucker that would not go away.
That one was a PITA! Fit and fully tacked.
We will build it if it comes.
Great work Pat….
so is this now called ‘the panama red crucifix’

New bus Sarah?!!
Nice work Pat and Riley. You guys are knocking this out in a hurry.
Started early this morning. Just finished burning in the majority of the nose section. Few little things to finish it off.
We will build it if it comes.
Craig is pretty lucky to have Pat touching his junk
After finishing up the nose section welding details I moved on to the batt tray area.
Fit and burned in the tray.
Mudflap went in next.
Knocked out primary fab on a closing panel section for the wheel well before calling it a day.
We will build it if it comes.
