I tore down a late split bus needle bearing beam yesterday. Going to sandblast and modify for adjusters.
Craig, do you want this spindle to spindle? Or should I paint the drums and get new brake parts to make it 100%? Do you have a shock brand preference?RustabusParticipantOctober 21, 2021 at 9:53 amPost count: 2413

This is one of the beams from out back… Not sure were it came from, but it’s an awesome late needle bearing beam.. So Creig is going to being me a cherry needle bearing beam to swap out with… cause I’m not selling ANYMORE later split bus stuff!!! 😎

Stripped down the front door windows and safaris this morning
JJ abrasive blasted everything. Broken pivot stud on one of the vent windows and a few holes to weld up in the safaris.
Bolted the hatch, decklid and apron on also.
We will build it if it comes.John JonesModeratorOctober 26, 2021 at 8:03 amPost count: 8481

Fixed all the broken and rusty bits and started body working the pitted areas yesterday.
Finished body working this morning and primed them.
Sanded and primed the pop top.
Sanded and hung all parts for paint. Waiting on the rain to stop before I can roll out to the paint booth.
