A little birdie told me the city of Moab is cock blocking us from camping out at the rock shop…  They said there is no camping in the city of moab……  new plan?

City is probably getting lots of calls for details of the campout, witch they knew nothing about I presume. Like Franz said, we just need a permit or an agreement with city officials.

Is the camp ground you all used in the past available as a last resort? I’m coming regardless, I need to get out of Tucson for a good road trip. I could always keep going to GJ. I know a place I can camp there.

Team Utah is coming out. We plan to leave Friday morning around 9am from Lehi to caravan down.  I’ve been sending PM’s with Sonny and Cole  to find a new place to camp.  I asked Sonny if we could camp down at his other shop.  Waiting for a reply.  What cruises should we plan besides a off road tour?  Arches?  Looking forward to the trip.  Trying to get Wrecks and Jane to join us from CA.

Wherever we land will be good times ! The rock shop would be best. Im coming regardless. Haven’t decided if I come to GJ to cruise with KCW or just take the road out through La Sal.

I hope Sonny is on it…. Figuring something out…  cause other wise.. it might be chaotic come Nov 10th in moab….  I can’t believe the city can tell you what you can and can’t do for one or two nights on your own dirt… that I am sure that old man OWNS!!!  😉  😉

Basically Lin is having a bunch of friends over to his house for his Birthday… Seems completely legit to me….  So they are staying the night.. big deal… someone over there needs to look at the big picture and get the corn cobb out their ass.. 😉  😉  😉   Old mans 90th birthday…. People are lucky to even live that long,, Lets celebrate it!

Probably worried about their “tourist industry”

If X number of vw vans are going to camp out,  times 2 or 3 occupants = Y hotel rooms and restaurants that are not making money.

The Moab party on November 11th sounds like perfect timing, Franz, to make sure that Westy camper is road worthy………….You and the fam should shoot for that and give a good test run.   I will ship it home afterwards. 😉
