Doors are looking good.  Can’t wait to see the load bed separation panel in place and the shell being “whole” again.

Started back on this yesterday afternoon. Made a buck using Glenn’s SCab as a pattern for the bulkhead dimples. 63BA53C1-7523-48EC-9B8E-1258D00415E6AF96A341-AFB5-477A-9C2E-1C9EF7262ED3

Few love taps to get her there.  1F6F42E5-8337-47D3-9933-F039F7E4C724

Stoked with how they came out!09BC3802-7599-4CB1-813C-49F846F97C42C39E35DA-C822-4CBF-82BB-570B13A30D2B

Burned in the bed floor sections and bulkhead this morning. Finish grinding and working over folded edges to go. B22161BA-533B-4789-A3DF-367AECEB97DF9D3A15BA-0956-4C79-A2AE-E37B3377ED402A2A2B0B-293E-44A1-999D-9CE61FC14371

Came across rear seat back mounts while digging out latches. Need to get them dissected and back on. 186E2828-7D23-48AC-B4BC-ABCE921E1638

shit is looking awesome… Pats kicking ass… I need to align them doors.. but they are on.. 😎 I’m betting we are rolling into some body work on this rig next week…. 😎  Mike… didn’t I see some Safari’s in your parts??  The tabs are in… but there were “extra” holes up there… so we welded them all up and need to re drill if your running them..  I love safari’s when it’s warm and dry…. 😎

There are Safari frames in with the parts.  I think they are Wolfgang’s as there was a very light shadow of a Wolfgang sticker in the corner of the drivers glass.  The rest of the parts latches and dash tabs should be in with the parts (should be labeled).  Let me know if not.  I can look if I have them here.

Some of the screws for the safaris and pop-outs may need to be procured, as the previous ones where pretty rusty and/or had to be drilled and extracted.

I know safaris leak, but they are going to be a requirement in the Texas heat, so I do want to get them back on…with good seals.

Looking forward to seeing the body work!

started on final fits for this rig… Hanging parts on it…. One of the engine lid hinge nuts plates on the truck is GONE… 😎  I bet the cage that holds it is gone, and when it was flipped, it slipped out, it is now up in there somewhere… 😎  Pats gonna dig it out and fix it up next..  We’ll get those final fits done and roll into body work…  I keep saying I am done body working and painting busses… but they just seem to keep showing up…  😎  😎  Good problem I reckon… 😎   Got your parts down… going through it making sure we have everything.. 😎

Had to get it out of the shop for a day… 😎

Wow!  Great to see it back together!  You should have most of the parts, but there are going to be a some that’ll need to be procured (New rubber and seals for almost everything and a bunch of screws that were stripped or rusted for sure).  I have the speedo and gas tank, probably need to start thinking about sending them your way.

    Great work!
