I’ve worked in that gas compartment to clean out the house insulation and tar that was in there…not fun!  Great job Pat.

JJ, thanks for cleaning those doors up! They are going to be sweet!

Franz, can’t wait to see that motor together and running.  If you guys have anyone that’s looking for a stock build case for a fair price, I’ll sell it.  If not, I’ll pick it up with the bus and put it on TS.

I got the pass door ready to go back on the bus…  what a pain in the ass….    Also noticed someone put some later door handles in this door before… I was a little worried how to fix it.. but I think I got it… 😎  Drivers coming up now…

Pat has been burried in the “treasure chest” area of this rig all day…. He’s kicking it ass…. 😎

Amazing how many holes were lurking under the filler and paint on this bus.  Thanks for fixing it up proper.

Wow!  Literally, all the metal work!  I see the divider panel, the rust repair on the lower-drivers opening, the gas tank cradles, everything!  Looks great!

so I got the other door cut open for surgery..  Thats what this is…. Surgery on a cancer patient.  Rust is Cancer.   I’m always trying to get rid of it..  the last “Doc” who worked on this patient just scabbed some metal over the rust…  Thats not gonna work this time…  I got it cut open and found the inner structure thinner than a whores word… It pretty much fell off…. But it’s yoru lucky day Mike…. I happen to have that section we need…. from another dissected door…   We have the tools, we have the motivation, and we have the spares that make this the place, and the only one stop shop on earth…. 😎

Got more done, Pat’s on the rear corner as I type… I am ready to weld the inner skin on.  I like to try and leave the outskin on while I am fitting the inner to make sure I am “inside the lines” 😎  easy to get the bottoms of doors off… also why I try not to disturb the lower hinge….
