Looks like you guys got the word that it is the 19th, Sonny called me last night and confirmed it. I plan to come down But that is weather dependent on huge storms or not. I will probably be at the warehouse and very minimal driving in the bus since I need to get Magazine pics of the underside before it’s too dirty.

I have a feeling this is going to be a funny campout….   Jason is going to be on a high no drug could give him!!!  With Sema stories galore!!!!  Were all going to be full of harassment and jokes…. 😎 😎 😎     I hope we can gather the core group together and have a big bonfire and lots of fun!!!!

after sema Jason is probably gonna have to put his “notice” in with the forest service, he will be too busy showing his overlander bus at all the overlander events… It’s gonna need to stay in “Show” mode for at least a year… 😎  All the publicity and media events and photo’s sessions…  He’s gonna be busy!!!!

Uugh, I’m doing early family Thanksgiving the weekend of fun😢😢 sounds like I’m an antique anyways…. so I’ll wanker like an old man!!!

Zero offense meant for Jason. A couple months ago I ran across awareness of  this whole Overlander thing?A really cool guy I was camping with had a Toyota something or other with a snorkel and some big rack setup, lights everywhere, flippy tent, jugs hanging off of everything…etc….kept calling it an Overlander? I don’t get it, what happened to Off Road??? Isn’t every car an Overlander and only specifically built machines , more suited to dirt roads, bumpy stuff etc… an Off Roader??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 is Off Road not a cool enough term to sell a bunch of bolt on parts nowadays???🤔🤔🤔

Ha! That’s an overland for sure, Rusty! Overlanding is definitely a lot more focused on gear and how much shit you can bring with you. I like to go camping more than overlanding.
