You’re making the trip I just finished last weekend! First night stop in Trinidad. Hopefully you didn’t stay at the janky Super8 that I did. Day 2 on to GJ, thru the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Safe travels!
Mary and Kelly have arrived. They went for a test drive. Checking out the bottom side now.
We will build it if it comes.
Bummer roosters is closed today for the honarary picture!!!
“Life is a waterfall,
We’re one in the river and one again after the fall”Congrats, Kelly & Mary! Nice BD you guys have there!
I tried to buy this bus off the guy in Creston BC before my son was born it’s crazy to think this was a8-9 years ago.. glad to see such a beautiful bus head home, hope you enjoying Kelly, as for KCW I hope you can keep your heads up after loosing a major part of the shop lol, Awesome seeing this story come to a end, or should I say new beginning.
Kelly what do you think?
Far as I can tell he LOVES it… 😎 Been a nice chill last couple days hanging out with Kelly and Mary!!!
He’s off getting a trailer to haul it home on.. Then start back towards Texas! 😎
Nice to put a ending to this chapter…. 😎 Finishing cars is tough.. The end of projects are tough… We have been finishing them up like crazy… and without taking on much other work… I dunno how to word that… There just seems to always be a lot of “free” time at the end of big projects…. You can balance that out with dirty shop hours usually… But I had to put a cork in the system for a few months to clean the slate up!!!! 😎 I’m just glad to be getting through it… and still be ok… 😎 and still be smiling.. and still friends… 😎 😎
Proud and Stubborn 👍🏻
Amazing barndoor 👏👏👏 Congrat Mary & Kelly 🍻
I hope his trailer finding experience is better than mine. Turns out if you rent a Uhaul trailer in Dallas, drive it 2000 miles roundtrip, it is x6 cheaper than renting it in GJ and driving it only 1000 miles.
This is an amazing looking bus. Hopefully Kelly has an uneventful trip back here to Texas (except for the smiles and waves from bus fans on the road).
Soooooo glad I got to hang out with you guys before I headed to the front range!!!!!!! You guys are great!!!!
I love going on adventures in our bus!!!
Will be nice to have two new buses back in Texas. Not many shows left around here. The Ft.Worth is the first part of November, hopefully both will be there.Great job on both builds KCW crew…..
I’d like to see a pic of this rig in the Texas sun!!!!!!
Kelly mentioned starting to bring out his damaged cars at the end of August.. one at a time.. First one. the Black Vert.. Then the 15 window… 😎
Proud and Stubborn 👍🏻
Thanks Elliot, hopefully these guys find their way to a Texas show or two.
Did y’all make it back safe and sound?
We will build it if it comes.
